As we approach Genocide Awareness Month in April and the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, join us for concurrent workshops for teachers and students, grades 6-12

Teachers and Students can choose one, two, or three days:
Teachers: 9:30 am – 3:00 pm
Students: 9:30 am – 2:00 pm

Sessions will include:
- Guidance on instructional content and pedagogy for teaching about genocide and the Armenian case
- Free lesson plans and classroom activities, including art, poetry, dialogue, and movement, aligned with social studies, ELA, and SEL standards
- Attend sessions on Armenian history, culture, and the legacy of the Armenian Genocide and its denial
- Guest speakers, including survivor testimonies and genocide scholars
- Art workshop led by Armenian American artist Arpi Krikorian
